… Bantry Bay Shawl done in approx 720 yards of Aran-weight wool from the Emerald Isle. Dear daughter, Catie, brought back two skeins of this luscious wool from a trip to Ireland – one skein (the body of the shawl) is Slate Tweed while the “hem” panel is done in Green Fleck – both skeins from Kerry Woollen Mills (www.kerrywoollenmills.ie)
