Craftsy.com … an amazing collection of crafty folks (not just knitter, Craftsy includes crocheters, embroiderers, seamstresses, quilters, jewelry-makers, paper-artists, and many others) … has just gone live with a pattern shopping opportunity. Membership is free and gives you access to wonderful, creative ideas. I’ve uploaded a couple of dozen of my designs to my By Hand, With Heart store … and will be adding more.
One of the cool things about Craftsy is that 100% of pattern sales go to the artist — they don’t take any commission or charge any fees … cool, right?
You can also sign-up for on-line classes, workshops (like knit-along but with different crafts), and special crafty deals (I just bought a couple of quilting “charm” packs for a great price)… as well as hang out with some really creative folks. It’s like Ravelry but for more creative pursuits!
